On February 25, at the 2020 Stratford Homes Builder Show, Ferkey Builders was presented the Outstanding Sales Achievement Award for 2019. This prestigious award presented to Ferkey Builders is considered to be one of the greatest honors a Builder can receive from the custom modular home company. Ferkey Builders is part of the Stratford Homes’ independent network of 60 Builders serving a six state area of the Midwest.
