Family-owned and operated since 1985, Ferkey Builders Inc. continues to build quality-built homes that we stake our reputation on.  After working with various modular homes over the years, when we decided to purchase our own dealership, Pittsville Modular Homes was the only one we considered.  We feel they are, without a doubt, the best built home on the market.
